Well Monday was my first Taxol and so far it is WAY better then AC. The only real side effect is horrible muscle aches followed by horrible bone pain. I would compare this to what I imagine an 80 year old with horrible arthritis feels like. NOT FUN. but when I take vicoden it makes everything better.I also went to see my surgeon today and the date is SET! exactly two months from today February 16th I will be getting the big BMX surgery and hopefully will be cancer free :D *fingers crossed* And as much as it will suck to be stuck in the hospital for 2-3 days, I will be so glad to put it behind me. Then on to Radiation! and followed by more surgeries oi!
For right now all I want is for my eyebrows and eyelashes to hang in there! they've began to thin out a little but i still have like 95%. Also I think my hair might be coming back in! as long as it doesn't fall out again.. I've had some bright blonde stubble sprouting! :D I feel like a baby bird. lol.
